Whilst the children are being entertained, parents can escape to the Christmas Fair to indulge in a little Christmas shopping. There will be over 20 stands displaying food, gift and holiday ideas.

Elaine Jackson, General Manager of Pine Ridge Golf Club, said: “We are really thrilled that Mayor Dodds is coming along to hand-out the prizes. Our Family Fun Day is a real community event, and the mayor’s attendance is the icing on the cake!
“We are looking forward to welcoming lots of new faces to the club, and to enabling people to “have a go” at golf for free, as well as taking part in a broad range of fun activities for all the family. It promises to be a day to remember.”

Oysters Fish & Chip Shop in Lightwater are supporting the Wear it Pink Campaign in aid of the Breast Cancer Campaign.
All the staff at Lightwater’s traditional fish and chip shop will be getting into the Pink spirit this Friday (28th October).
The Mayor of Surrey Heath will be at the fish and chip shop to show his support for this fantastic cause.
The first Sausage Saturday event at Heatherhurst Grange was a huge success. Many local residents visited the Small holding in Deepcut including the Mayor & Mayoress of Surrey Heath.
Jani Dodds, the Mayoress, had brought along some acorns to feed the pigs which they were very happy with.
Martin Flick fired up the BBQ and cooked some sausages for people to try before they bought. Within 2 hours they had completely sold out of sausages.
A fantastic event with amazing produce on sale. I bought a shoulder of pork which will go in the oven tomorrow morning for the Deach Sunday dinner and be slowly roasted for about 6 hours. I can’t wait.
Keep an eye on the Residents Network for details of the next event.
