The Popcorn Kitchen pop their corn fresh at Camberley Farmers Market at super high temperatures in their special kettle to achieve large popcorn.
Check out this very short instagram video of the process – http://instagram.com/p/gxh4zQlTiK/
The Popcorn produced by Popcorn Kitchen is the best I have tasted. I love that they combine sweet with salty which works brilliantly.
I recorded this podcast with Clare, the owner of Popcorn Kitchen.

Anyone who has walks past the amazing Paella Passion stall always comments on the irresistible smell.
The stall is appropriately named because the passion is obvious from the care and attention that goes into making the incredible Paella. If you get a chance do watch these guys in action. It really is an art form.
The flavour and texture of the Paella is some of the best I have ever tasted and I used to live in Spain so I have tried a lot of Paella in my time.
Check out my podcast with Alan Richards and make sure you try the incredible Paella at the Camberley Farmers Market on Saturday 18th January 2014 at Park Street Camberley from 10am.[audio https://audioboo.fm/boos/1832912-camberley-farmers-market-paellapassionuk.mp3]
