Surrey Police is appealing for witnesses following a serious assault in Camberley last night (Aug 14) by two men who left the scene in a Honda Civic.
The incident happened in Avenue Sucy at 9.10pm when the victim was approached by two men. He was attacked, suffering multiple stab injuries, before the two offenders made off.
They then left the area in a Honda Civic with a partial index of MK7.
The victim, a man in his 20s, was taken to hospital and is in a stable condition.
The first man is described as white, aged in his early 20s, around 5ft 8 inches tall, of medium build. He had short dark brown hair and short dark facial hair. He was wearing a grey long-sleeved jumper, with grey tracksuit bottoms and had a local accent.
The second man is described as being of mixed race, aged in his early 20s, approximately 6ft 1 inches tall and of skinny build. He had dark brown curly affro style hair and was wearing a sleeved hooded top.
Investigating officer Detective Constable Caroline Katryniak said: “This was a serious incident in which a man was attacked and suffered a nasty injury, which he is fortunately recovering from in hospital.
“I would appeal to anyone who knows anything about this incident to get in touch with us immediately. It might be that you’ve heard someone bragging about what happened or know someone who drives a blue Honda Civic with the partial index of MK7, if so we need to hear from you urgently.
“We understand that this may alarm the community but I would like to reassure you we are doing all we can to find who is responsible.
